Add lanuage recognition packs, improve character recognition accuracy

add multiple language oacks especially for Chinese, Japanese, cyrilic type languages (Russian). Improve the program's overall character recognition accuracy. It seems to be a couple of generations behind the competition

be able to click to go through pages of a pdf, then have it open the next pdf and go through that one, and so on, with a way for me to mark which pages I want OCR'd when I'm done

Add the following features in the menu....

Please add the options to CUT, COPY & PASTE portions or entire images from the ClipBoard into the program.
